Pricing

Every site. The apps. No cut of the takings.

Phystral is billed on active members, month to month. The figure is agreed with the club. This page will not invent a tariff to look finished.

The shape

Core product, not a ladder of tolls.

Timetable, families, failed payments and a second park are not upgrades. Clubs already resent paying again to operate a second site or to put their own name on the app.

TeamUp and Glofox are the systems many class clubs run today. TeamUp prices by active customers and sells a club-named store app as an extra. Glofox treats the studio-published store app as an add-on until a higher plan. Phystral is built so those are part of the subscription.

Packaging on those products changes. The commercial rules below are ours.

Working definition

An active member

A distinct participant with an eligible visit registration, or a purchase, in the club’s local calendar month. Counted once across locations. A payer-only record is not an extra participant.

Confirmed with the club before any software invoice is raised.

  • Term Month to month. No setup fee built into the model.
  • Locations Multiple sites included. One price can cover every park. Reports still split by site.
  • Member apps iPhone and Android, in the club’s name, with push, included. Listed under the club’s publisher accounts.
  • Collections Your Stripe account. Your GoCardless account. Phystral takes no percentage of member payments.
  • Processor fees Shown as the processor shows them. The Phystral invoice is a different document from a member’s invoice.
  • Penalties No-show and late-cancel rules are included. Charging for them is opt-in.
  • Messages Service email is part of the product. Promotional sends, birthdays and lapse campaigns stay off until the club enables them.
  • Store accounts Apple and Google accounts belong to the club. Any store fee is disclosed separately. Inclusion is not a promise that a store will approve the app.
What the first clubs actually run

A controlled start: more than one site, a household, recurring and prepaid access, credits, the timetable, appointments, courses, check-in, waivers, the club’s own GoCardless collections, a failed-payment queue, and a member website for booking and buying. The sellable release adds both store apps, Stripe and wallets, retail and gift cards, designed email, trial pages, location reports and the lead board.

What Direct Debit will and will not pretend

A mandate or a debit can be pending for days. Phystral shows that state. It does not mark the money paid because someone reached a thank-you page, and it does not hold a class place for the whole Direct Debit cycle and then oversell the session.

What is not in the base product

Door and turnstile hardware, wearable and machine integrations, a payroll engine, a full till, and automatic retention campaigns. If a club needs one of those, it is a later conversation, not a hidden tier on the timetable.
